The group If met at the Lamar Smith Youth Center In Laurens and heard David Taylor, Laurens County Civil Defense Director. The club formed re cently as a hobby and pastime for those owning “citizen band radios” and now is attempting to develop into a service unit to offer assistance in emergencies. Officers of the group are: Charles M. Coats, Laurens, president; G. L.
