The hearing was conducted by Magistrate Sam McCrary at the Clinton police station. The girl testified that Posey. Wright and another man from Greenville called for her at her home on the night of June 25 and r ether they drove to the home of second girl. The second girl’s mother would not permit her to ac company them, she said. ‘he said that she and the three men drove to the fish camp, about 17 miles southwest of Laurens, where she was attacked twice by Wright and once by Posey.
