Miss Fannie Barton will leave ' Kingstree to-day tor a visit to relative and friends in Suffolk, Va, and elsewhere before returning to her home in Cambridge. Md. Mrs Hugh McCutchen has returned from a visit to the family of her brother, Mr James C Dobbin, in Jacksonville, Fla. Her mother, Mrs R A Dobbin, accompanied her. Miss Marian Gilliand,after visiting j her friend. Miss Theo Gregg, in Sumter a few days last week, returned Monday to Spartanburg to continue her studies at Converse College. Mr J G McCutchen was taken to the McLeod infirmary at Florence by Dr C D Jacobs Saturday evening, suffering from dropsy of the heart. "Human Hearts," which will be the opening bill at the Thomas Opera house, will be presented to-morrow (Friday) night. This is a good play and deserves a full house.
