The market broke imme diately about 50 points, but re mained several points during the afternocn. Yesterday morning Liverpool was off about 21 points in our money, and New York opened at 9 33 for January, went down to 9.09 and closed at 9.21 for that month. Spots are bringing 9.25 on this market.
