Hunter will regret to learn of her death early Tuesday morning of fever. 8he had been sick for tome weeks and at one time there were hopes for her recovery hut the death angel did not spare this noble life, and she went to meet her reward. Mrs. Hunter was a daughter of Mr. and Mrs. 'Geo Bell, of the Tank section of the county and was universally loved by all who had the good fortune to know her. Early in 0 life she joined the Camp creek Methodist church and from then on was a devoute Christian womaa. Her reataios were > * #* buried at Camp creek cemetery at 4 o'clock Tuesday evening. Mrs. Hunter leaves besides her husband six children to mourn her loss and the Enterprise join in with a host of friends in ex pressing heartfelt sympathy for the bereaved husband and mother less children. She lived with the family of the late Judge G. McC. Witherspoon, and was faithful to the end. '-Aunt Maria" was full of good deeds, and was kind to all. Mr. Johnson was raised in tlie Dry Creek section of this county, and when a young man he married and moved to Georgia, where ho resided for about 29 years, and from thence he moved to Texas, where he has been living ever since. This is his first visit to his old home in about 46 years, lie was greatly surprised at the changes that has taken place during his absence. Though Mr. Johnson has lived in two states, he still likes old South Carolina the best. Mr. Johnson went to Heath Springs Thursday to visit friends in that section. E. depot, at Yorkville, was set on lire by light ning last Sunday evening about 7 o'clock and destroyed with nearly all of its contents.
