Blake, Jr., lecturer of the State Alliance, delivered an interesting address of an hour's length at the Alliance rally at Seneca on the 4th instant on the subject, "Lend a Helping Hand." of which the following is a brief synopsis: After expressing his grateful appreciation of the honor of ad dressing them, ho congratulated the audience on the fact.
