Their dresses must he and are as dainty as their mothers and sisters wear, and they should be. If they are to bf In the mode. Little girls' dresses show no Inclina tion to grow longer nor Is there any appreciable change In locating the waistline. This Is because most little girl dresses now, ss In tbe past sea son. are made to bang perfectly straight from the shoulder, with yokes of Taiious kinds. Including lace, and other favorite materials—Just like old er sister's. The little frock st the left, charm ing In Its simplicity, brings to Imme- dlste attention tbe fact that It Is of nsrrow plaited materlaL The Impor tance of plaiting this season Is manl iest in this frock to a very mnrL«»d degree. The plaits sre con fined at the hips by a narrow ribbon tied with the daintiest of bows at the side front The frock has a round neck with just a tiny bow on the left shoulder.
