As a rule when the current is on the light is oftentimes so dim as to be worthless. The evil is so greaLthat some business houses have cut out electricity altogether and installed a gasoline system and many residences have retujued to the use of the old reliable kerosene lamps. There are numerous other consumers who intend to cut cut electric l'ghls if there is not a change. A word to the wise should be sullicint.
