The said horse will bo sold to satisify a lien held by the said Corporation, and to secure a balance of $362 50 due to said Conway Live Stock Co., for feeding and oaring for said horse from June 16th 1007, to datfe hereof. The said horse has been placed with the seller by said Coach Horse Company, under an agreement for feed and care under which the said balance is now due.
