by Conway Live Stock Company a
corporation duly chartered under
and by the lawsof the State of South
Carolina, the undersigned A C

and as agent for the same,
will sell before the court house door
at Conway, S. C. on salesday in
January next, it being the fourth
day of said month, one certain
French coach horse owned by the
Horry French Coach Horse Company,
and now in the possession of
the said Conway Live Stock Co. The
said horse will bo sold to satisify a
lien held by the said Corporation,
and to secure a balance of $362 50
due to said Conway Live Stock Co.,
for feeding and oaring for said horse
from June 16th 1007, to datfe hereof.
The said horse has been placed
with the seller by said Coach Horse
Company, under an agreement for
feed and care under which the said
balance is now due.
All bidders are required to deposit
$2f> 00 with the undersigned to
cover costs and as a guarantee of
good faith, or bids will not be considered.
This sale is made at the risk of
