The House passed the general appro priation bill Monday night without the reduction of £ single item as reported by the ways and means committee, ex- cept'to disallow the suggested payment of 15,000 for the Todd and Benson plans for the State House improve ments. We have been informed that the trestle over Saikehatchie swamp on the. Bamberg, Ehrhardt & Waite rboro rail road wilt be about completed by the end of the week.
