The govei nor took the matter under advisement. Heading the delegation, was former Congressman K. C. Mann, and included in the crowd were Jesse Shuler, brother of the- prisoner; D.\ Browning, physician of the prisoners wife; Tillman Rice, J. 1>. Oliver and Constable Ballard.
