Officials of the Tuber culosis .and Health Associa tion said that eight of (he new chses were in Greenwood County and eight in Laurens County. . . Watts was also pre sented the Bronze Star for Meritorious Service in Viet Nam, from July, 1965, to June, 1966. He is the son of Me. and Mrs. J. H. Watts, Sr., of this city.
