There are many persona who have a wholesome fear of cattle, not* wi th st Anding their mild appearance; but when they forget the laws of propriety and occupy the whole street, they should receive the same penalty meted to unruly bipeds-bo locked up for safe keeping. Tho alarm woe given, and observ? ing a suspicious person coming from the house he was ordered to halt.
