NEW ORLEANS, Juno 19.-COTTON-Tho market has relapsod Into its previous dullness, and the sales to-day were confined to 660 bales, taken by four brokors, at about yesterday's pricoa. There was lomo inquiry at lowor ratea, but factors were quito Btrlngent in their pretensions, and unwilling to mako any concessions. The sales for the three days sum up 3000 bales, take mostly for tho North. The advance in foreign exchango yesterday elicited some little Inquiry for export, but the unfavorable reaction to-day has chocked the' de mand. We continue to quote ordinary at 29 to 30 cents, good ordinary at 32 to 34 cents, low middling at 36 to 33 oenta, and middling at 40 to - cents.
