He handed mo twenty dollars and walked out, and I said to another man stand? ing by, ??That's a Mighty Nice Man." a. p. hubbard HAS just returned from New York, and has now in Store, and is receiving every day, the most beautiful FALL and WINTER GOODS, of every description, that he has ever had, and he would most cordially invite all his friends, (or anybody else's friends,) to call and examine them before they "Look Around," and you may be induced to buy lust a few. In old times it used to be fashionable for a farmer to sell his cotton, get the spondulix, make a few remarks to a negro-trader, then go home and tell his wife he had bought a nigger But in these days of freedom, when a white man is as good as a nigger "as long as he be? haves himself," that Little Man would advise everybody to go to the place where you can in? vest your monev and feel that you've got the worth of it, for Hubbard bought these Goods, and made his own selections, while in new york city And if yon go to his Store and buy your goods, you will get a good LAUGH gratis, for in ad? dition to his Cheap Goods, he has just received a HAND ORGAN and a MONKEY Playing the Fiddle from Baltimore by Express, and all the people are crowding to see it every day. He wants every? body that is going to vote for horace greeley Or General Grant to come and see it, and if you buy a dollar or two from him, he won't care, but like you so much the better.
