C, shall be subjected to a fino of five (5) dollars for aaoh and every offsnec ; half of the tinea collected to be paid to the informer when bringing with him sufficient proof to convict. Sec. 2. That a fitte of fire (6) dollars be Imposed upon any one who shall ride their Horse, Mule otc, on the SIDE-WALKS or said Town; or oauaod to have HITCHED,! of TIED, their Stock, such as Horses. Moles etc., so as to offer an obstruction or obstacle to the free passage of Citiseus on the side* walk. See. 8.
