While you only Hold lt to us for a four-ton plant, ww must admit that wo aro pulling five to live und a half tons Ice dally. Same is frozen good and bard. Hoverai farmers In this community have arranged with UH to furnish thom with leo this fall and winter to cure their meat. And It would neem that tho time la not far distant, whon each community will havo cheap cold storage, enabling farmers te have fresh moat ut all times, regardless of weather conditions. Wo havo on two occasions run the temperature down to zero and closed down for tito night. Next morning, starting up again, tho temperature would bo around eight to ten degrees. We thon commence pulling our loe and refill ing the cans. Some aro frozen and ready to pull In eight to nine hours. Wo ennnot say oxactly what our cost is per ton, but am satisfied that lt will not exceed $2.00 per ton. We are satisfied that your method of freezing, cutting the time about thirty to forty hours, puts you in a class where there are no competitors.
