Lad Shoots Self. ! Orangeburg, March 5 ? Robbie Axson, the 9-year-oid son of R E. Axson, dhot himself through the foot on Monday' afternoon while playing with a rifle which he thought was not loaded. The ball entered the thick fleshy part of his foot and passed through into the ground. The accident occurred near Norway, in this county, where the little boy lives. Playing with other children on the second floor of a house under course of construction here, little Frank Howell, 3-year old son of Henry G.
