Governor Ansel yesterday grantee the amendment to the petition allow ing the surveyors of the Calhoui county scheme to change their lines so as to avoid violating the law. The shrveyors will now proceed to complete their work accordingly, aftei which, we presume,, the election wil be ordered and we trust the question may be definitely settled. His ancle, Dr. W. L. Kneece, of Baxter, came down to see him Sunday in con saltation with Dr. Derrick, his family physician, and while he may not be dangerously ill, yet he is certainly a sick man. , In this issue of the Dispatch Dr. H Wingard wisely points to some needed sanitary regulations that should have due consideration at the hands of our people.
