Richard*, died at bia homo, near Liberty Hill,' last Sunday morning of cerebral binds orrhage. His death was Tory unexpected. It is reported that the excitement occasioned by hie residence accidentally catching afire the day before was the cause of his death. Dr. R., was a very preniinent young physician and was assistant clerk of the House of Representations and was a very competent and painstaking officer. Taylors and a little negro boy about bis age, went into the woods with an axe to try their hand chopping down a tree.
