MILL I Allen Again Convicted, Fer Second Tim* Found Guilty of Henry Trammell'e Murder. Special to The Stats. Greenville. Sept. 21. ?One of the moat piotracted and interesting cases at the present term of i the criminal court was that against 1 Walter Allen, charged with the killing of Henry Traminell on the 4th of May last. 'This case was tried at the June term and the defendant was convicted of murder, ; hut another trial was granted up' on teachnical grounds.
