The weather bureau here announces the receipt of a report from Mr. L. W. Gardner, of Kershaw county of "an unusual phenomenon that occurred near Tiller's QFerry during a heavy rain near the close of June.'' ?'He states," says the bureau oftcial, "that hundreds of little fishes were foiled swimming between the rows [>f a cotton field, and that among j them were cat fish, perch and fish that looked like trout.
