This is really the last weekend students can goof off in good faith here in Columbia, since next weekend is vacation and the weekend after marks the only-a-few-daysleft-until-finals point. Rocking for Carolina, sponsored by Carolina Cares, is a fundraiser for Providence Home which provides temporary housing for the homeless. Well, I just got a package in the mail that included a video cassette and a memo. Because of enormous ticket demand (1 hear that an English professor or two assigned Ibsen's popular drama for homework), two extra performances have been scheduled.
