Yearbook] By Mike Albright Gamecock Staff Writer The 1980-81 USC yearbook, the Garnet and Black, may not be published next year if an editor is not found by the end of March, according to Bill Outlaw, director of student media. "We're very concerned about the situation," he said. "The Student Allocations Commission will want an editor when the budget comes up for review in February." If one is not found soon the job of training a new editor will bp mnro difficult he added. Steve Hall, 1979-80 G&B editor, said so far no qualified persons have applied. The editor needs at least one- to two-months of intensive on-the-job . training, according to Hall. The yearbook that cost $82,000 in 1980 will be more than $96,000 in 1981. Therefore, the G&B will not only have to sell more books, but will have to do more to please the individual student.
