He will seek the seat held by Sen. Ernest F. "Fritz" Hollings, D-S.C. Kreml said his arguments are with the Senate as a whole, not with Hollings, which should help keep this a "clean campaign ? no mud-slinging." "THIS CAMPAIGN will be a little different from what most people are accustomed to," Kreml said. "Instead of limiting my campaign to discussion of a few issues, I will discuss all the issues in a comprehensive way." Kreml said running against Hollings will be tough. He is hoping to draw Slinnnrf frnm - v ** v/111 viiv acuuciIllC community, young people and the AFL-CIO, since he is a firm supporter of organized labor. "We do have some support," Kreml said. "This is not a fringe campaign. It's going to be a full-time campaign." KREML SAID his campaign will be based on novel political theory. Americans are known for being patient people, he said, "However, they are getting tired of the continued ineffectiveness of Congress. Americans have the right to an effective government. "America's political candidates should address themselves to the more fundamental reasons the American government is unable to deal with the difficult ^nd complex problems of the day.
