"This is a common problem in all new buildings of this size," he said. "I DON'T KNOW the cause of it but the Office of Campus Planning has been notified and they have contacted the contractors to see if reDairs have to be done. It mav iust be a matter of time until the system balances out." "I feel that once the problem with the imbalance of the air is overcome the heating of the levels below ground will be no problem. Actually, the third and fourth levels should be the warmest of all the lower levels in the building because they have a more complete insulation," Cambre added.
