The new recommendation is expected to be a step c toward establishing a system that the average s student can understand and that will provide a o consistent way of handling cases. a Physical exams no longer requir4 for admission By ALRIC MIXSON Gamecock Staff Writer Physical examinations are no longer required for Uc according to the University's student catalogue. Elizabeth Wills, Assistant Admissions Director said th, physical had never been a requirement for admission. "I that a student turn in a physical but not decisive as to wt accepted or not," she said. SOME STUDENTS are not accepted until two or thre registration and it may be impossible for them to get thei she added. Wills said there was so much paper work involved that t office could not take care of it. "If it gets to where man: not turning in physicals we will have to enforce the rul said. James B.
