Democrats sponsor Chisholm Shirley Chisholm will be the speaker at a rally sponsored by S. C. Young Democrats Friday night. "This is a voter registration rally," said Doug Dent, "and it has three main purposes. It's a culmination of all registration activities since the last day to register to vote is Oct. 7, it'll raise a little money to pat off the organization's two year old debt; and it's a general boost to Democratic candidates all over the state." The rally will start with a bar beque supper at 6;30 and Chisholm will speak around 8, Dent said. Admission is $2.50 for students and $5 for non-students, and the location will be at the National Guard Armory across from the football stadium. Since his arrival here, Sparger has been busy training a group of USC Theatre performers in the art of stage fighting which is called for in the production of Dale Wasserman's explosive drama "One Flew Over the Cukoo's Nest." The production is at USC's Drayton Hall Oct. 5, 6 and 7. Every night for nearly a month, Sparger has been working with his charges for at least 30 minutes before each rehearsal of the show.
