The project will involve bring ing 120 high school students to the University for an intensive 10-week program. These stu dents, coming from economically deprived families, may have ed ucation limitations but have shown that with proper motivation they would be capable of college work. Responsibilities of the student counselors will include supervision of the high school students and generating initiative and enthusi asm among them. Three counselors will be as signed to each group of 12 stu dents, both counselors and stu dent groups being biracial. Dates for the program are June 13 thru August 19.
