The second motion passed to third reading next Wednesday night is as follows: Resolved, that the Social Cab inet election be changed from the sec ond week in October to the first week in May. Another resolution failed for lack of a sponsor. It was to the effect that fraternities and sororities have faculty supervision of finances.
