The students i live up to this requirement in the fullest. The freshies are not forced to wear the cap through coercion from the upperclassmen. The officers of the freshman class form a coin mittee which handles this situation. The caps can be secured from Mimnaughs at a very moderate price. It is hoped that the new men will not wait until their class officers take action, but will secure.these caps and have them all ship shape for the first game of the season.
