NOTICE OF ELECTION. Notice is hereby given that pursuant to an order of the County Board i f Education of Williamsburg County. J State of South Carolina, the under-' signed, as Trustees of Wilson Joint! District No. 24 in Williamsburg; No. 17 in Georgetown county and State aforesaid will hold and conduct an election at Union school house, in said school district on Saturday, the 26th day of June, 1920, for the purpose of submitting to the qualified voters and electors of said joint school district residing therein, the question f levying and collecting an annhal tax of four (4) additional mills on the property in said joint school district, which tax shall be used to supplement the taxes now' collected in said joint school district for school purposes; that for the purpose of said election the polls will be opened at 8 o' clock in the forenoon and closed at eight o' clock in the afternoon; that at said election only qualified electors who return real or personal property for taxation and who exhioit tax receipts ana rc^i5vmuvu vciui-i cates as required in general elections shall be allowed to vote, and each elector favoring the proposed levy shall cast a ballot containing the word "YES" printed or written thereon and each elector opposed to said levy shall cast a ballot containing the word "NO" written or printed tnereon, and the undersigned shall act as managers of said election, and the same will be held and conducted in the manner prescribed by Section 1742 of the Code of Laws of South Carolina, Volume I, i 1912. j J.
