The Southern railway will today operate its annual excursion from An derson to Tallulah Falls. C. McCants, superintendent of th'? Anderson city schools, snrc-unced yesterday that lie wilt begin the en rollment of pupils for the graded schools of the city on September 1. The schools of Anderson will all open on the morning of September 14 and between the tlrst and the fourteenth Mr. McCants will be in his .office ev ery day to take the names of pupils and he says that he expects a very large enrollment for this year and in dications now are that the city will have more pupils in the schools for the coming year than ever before.
