B Dil lard, coming especially for com mencement at Presbyterian College at which time the Rev. Mr. Mc Sween received a degree. Rowland, Jr, USN. military personnel officer of the Memphis Naval Air Reserve training unit for the past 34 months, has received orders to new duty at the Naval Air Station, Atlanta (Marietta), Ga> He will be detach ed from his present duties on June 7. i A former resdient of Clinton, Com mander Rowland is a veteran of 18 years of naval service.
