Mr. Baldwin, the son of Mrs. W. P. Baldwin and the late Mr. Baldwin, of Columbia, formerly of tihs city, is an honor graduate of the University of South Carolina, Union Theological seminary in Rich mond, Va., and received his master’s degree at Princeton after serving as chaplain in the navy.
