The Cotton Association of Richland county wishes him to address it on Friday of this week, and the Woodman of the World of Spartanburg County have invited him to be the orator at their annual picnic, and this too notwithstanding the fact that the busy Congressman is not a Member of that organization. He can not attend either of these meetings because of previous engagements to speak in his own district during all this week and'next.
