C., to order an election ^ therein, submitting the question of issuing bonds to the amount of fifty thousand ($50,000.00) dollars for the purpose of cohstructing a waterworks system for the said town of Chesterfield. C., to be held on the fifth day of April 1921, according to the laws of the State of South * Carolina respecting said election, at which election the registered, qualified electors of the said town of Chesterfield shall be entitled to vote on the question or issue, "Shall the town of Chesterfield, S. C., issue coupon bonds to the amount of fifty thousand ($50,000.00) dollars, bearing interest at a rate not to exceed six per cent, per annum, payable in any legal tender money of the United States forty years after date, with the privilege of redemption after twenty years frohri date, the proceeds of the sale of bonds to be applied to the construction of a Waterworks System for the said town. Catherine Johnson ' Mrs. Catherine Johnson, one of the most estimable women of this community, died at her home near here last Monday.
