Mr. Raymond Fincher, of Dudley, spent Monday night at the home of Mr. J. H. Gardner. He was accompanied home by Mr. Arnold Gardner and brother, Master Gordon. During an electrical storm one afternoon last week lightning was conveyed into the home of Mr. J. F. Parker by means of a telephone line. Some damage was done to the room in which the telephone was, bat fortunately none of the family was seriously hurt. There will be Sunday school at Friendship next Sunday afternoon at3;H0 and preaching at 4:30.
