Keith in charge, the pastor being out of town. Rev. Keitt, delivered a soul stirring message that apparently touched everyone present. Many out of town friiends and members were present. \ At 7:50 p. m. Baptismal rites were performed by Rev. E. M. Keitt, and a brief prayer services followed, Rev. Keitt, now delivered the second message, that was truly a masterpiece extra features or me services were special music by both choirs. Miss E. C. Alexander presented Mr. and Mrs. George Bonds, Mr. and__ Mrs. Woodard of Spartanburg, S. " C. They were the pastor's members when he pastored in Spartan. "Burg. At 11:30 preaching services began with spiritual renditions by the senior choir. Just before the pastor took his text, the female quartet Mesdamea B. E. Ferguson, Agnes L Evans, A. J. Qary, and Miss Rubye M. Johnson sanv "The Heavenly Fold." The pastor preached a forceful sermon. Echoes of amen# were heard from every pew. He preached from St. Luke 16:24, theme, "Will God answer prayer?" r Sunday night Rev. Douglas Hall preached. We jire still in the midst of our revival conducted by Rarv. MSrs. Alice Nesby. Sister Nesby is assisted by Miss Daisy McCall who leads in gospel songs. Attendance has been good each night. We are hoping that this meeting will arouse the unaroused and give new life to those who have been sleeping by the wayside. Her services were well planned for the five days, however, it I was on Sunday evening that she rose to subline heights in her discussion on "Except Thou Repent."
