These methods and the remarkable .Tobson ploy have received the endorsement of preat Agriculturists, State Officials and practical farmers all over the country, and these benefits are being extended to all parts of the country at a rate that certainly proves its merit nnd .genuine, practical advantage. No farmer can afford to overlook the opportunity of a thorough investigation of this System before going further with his spring work . The Jobson plow* has no equal in preparing the land (late or early, wet or dry) before planting, nnd it is also of extraordinary value in working growing crops and in getting ready for second crops. In fact, it is something the farmer needs every mornth in the year. A little investigation demonstrates this beyond doubt. Call on us for literature and full particulars. We'ro here ,tol serve you. I ' "A-I-M" IS A WOMAN'S FRIEND So Says Florida Lady I.ong Suffering With Poor Health Who Quickly Recovers By Its Use. READ WHAT SHE SAYS "Oh, I think Acid Iron Mineral is just wonderful for women troubled like I was with poor health," says Mrs. A. II. Gallagher, of Antioch, Florida. "I was terribly poor in health. I had nervous indigestion so bad I could scarcely eat anything at all. Gas would form on my stomach so bad I would almost choke to death. Kidney trouble, aches and pains in my back, rheumatism and female complaints, all combined managed to make life miserable for me until n friend told me about this Acid Iron Mineral. It is everything they claim for it to be. I gladly recommend it to all my friends. It relieved me of indigestion and gastritis, and the female trouble has disappeared," says Mrs. Gallagher. Acid Iron Mineral is strange to say not an acid medicine. It has no alcohol or dope to deaden pain or senses. It is just the simple highly concentrated compound made from ore dug out of a medicinal iron ore mine, leeched, filtered, tested and bottled, very powerful for home use and use , in hospitals and by doctors. It is so strong that just a teaspoonful or less in a glass of water makes a powerful dose. How quick it acts | even in the most stubborn cases is easily proven. Carbery) C t Few needs of Union County exceed > those for decent roads, a subject v which should interest every resident, a whether from personal motives or community interest, whether owner d of land or tenant. Union County has d the misfortune to have many public a highways called by courtesy roads e which are only such in name during the dry, warm months of the year. <" Union County likewise has well dis- o tributed from border to border and in- t exhaustible quantity of good road t building materials waiting to be used. <1 We have the stone, gravel; in fact, 1 anything required in the construction s of the very best roads. Why have f bad ones ? d The man who willingly goes out and t votes against good roads might as s well vote against having schools in r his district, or a church, or any other c civilizing influences. He is voting c against his very best interests, mount- 1 ing himself on a pedastal as a stum- t bling block in the way of progressive- i ness. He is like unto the dog with a s block to him; the block must travel s as fast as the dog, but moans noth- t ing more than a handicap. 1 Our best community and other in- s terest of greatest value are largely v dependent on good roads, roads that ^ can be used when the wathr is bad 1 with rasonable comfort. We are living in a new age which requires conservation, conservation of our time, energy, strength, and on down through a long line. 1 Good roads spell increased efficiency, increased property values, more and better communities, better facilities DON'T SCOLD'MOTHER! THE CROSS CHILD IS BILIOUS, FEVERISH l>eok at Tongue! If Coated, Clean Little Stomach, Liver, Bowels. Don't scold your fretful, peevish child. See if tongue is coated; this is a sure sign its little stomach, liver and bowels are clogged with sour waste. When listless, pale, feverish, full of cold, breath bad, throat sore, doesn't eat, sleep or act naturally, has stomach-ache, indigestion, diarrhoea, give a teaspoonful of "California Syrup of Figs," and in a few hours all the foul waste, the sour bile and fermenting food passes out of the bowels and you have a well and playful child again. Children love this harmless "fruit laxative," and mothers can rest easy after giving it, because it never fails to make their little "insides" clean and sweet. Keep it handy, Mother! A little given today saves a sick child tomorrow, but get the genuine. Ask . your druggist for a botle of "Culi- 1 fomia Syrup of Figs," which has di- j recion for babies, children of all ages ^ and fer grown-ups plainly on the bot- j tie.
