I Mr. J. T. Bradley, who was operated on for appendicitis at the Baptist I hospital several weeks ago, has returned to his home. Mr. Bradley's friends will be pleased to know that he is improving and will soon be in his usual health. Mr. Charles L. Guy, an experienced architect and building estimator of Greenville, S. C., has accepted a position with Mr. A. W. Cheshire. Mr. Cheshire's business has grown so that he has found it necessary to have an architectural department and Mr. Guy will have charge of the office which is to be opened at once. Mrs. T. B. Washburn delightly entertained the South Street Sewing club, of which she is a member, last Friday afternoon at 4 o'clock.
