Sullivan In Penitentiary Laurens, Feb. 4.?Joseph G. Sullivan, the young Sullivan township farmer convicted at the last term'oi court of manslaughter for the kiliintr of Col. John M. Cannon, has abandoned his appeal for a new trial and some days ago entered the penitentiary to begin serving his sentence It will be remembered that he was given a sentence of six years servitude.
