L., pho was present, told Bob to keep ut of it, and let them settle it. This so infuriated Bob that he raised in axe and rushed at Mr. J. B. received some injury but not if a serious nature. The negro wns rrested and had a preliminary hearng and was put in jail, his bond was ixed at $'200.
