Notice is hereby given that under and by .virtue of the authority conferred upon us, the undersigned Commissioners of Election for Williamsburg County, duly qualified and acting as such, by the statute in such case made and provided, and pursuant to the directions and instructions contained in the proclamation of his . C. Posten, F. L. Powdl, and H. W. Cockfieid; Vox poll: S. D. Hanna, D. P. Durant, and N. F. Cox; Muddy Creek poll: M. V. Cox, A. K. Cockfieid, and W. 0. Lewis. Notice is hereby given further that the said polls shall be opened at eight o'clock in the forenoon and shall be kepe continuously open until four o'clock in .the afternoon of the said thirteenth day of July, 1920, between which hours on said day all persons residing within the area described in the plat and petition above referred to who are qualified by the constitution and laws of this State to vote j therein may cast their ballots zor or against the proposed annexation of that portion of Williamsburg County to Florence County. That the said managers hereinabove appointed and confirmed as such are hereby directed to hold and co&duct said election upon the question of annexation in the manner by law required and to close the polls at four P. M. o'clock on said day and then and there openly and publicly to open the boxes, count and tabulate the ballots and make return of the said boxes, ballots, tabulation and count at the place and within the time required by law.
