The big bASs band from Columbia L. r11 a^n^ar early on the scene to give t ' and enthusiastic welcome to Ijifii 0 <mests, and this will be the I spirit o* the entire day and night, I for the festivities "and i'pelebrating" jl will continue until the "wee sma' a hoursr" Tuesday morning. While there will be many free attractions, two deserve very special mention. The first will be a comic n*?rfnrmance by professional acrobats and this will be the costliest attraction ever brought to South Carolina. It is of established reputation, won on the merits of the act. The crowds will surely be well entertained while the comedy acrobats are making their repeated rounds. Another attraction will be the center of interest to many?the coming of J. Skottowe Wannamaker, president of the Omerican Cotton Association. Mr. Wannamaker has definitely y promised to come, and he never makes an engagement without due consideration. He will briefly ad-, -fni-Triors and others inter-! He is now more n than a national figure, and has done B| splendid work on advancing the genHV eral interests of the farmer; the cotton portion of his work has had much to do in establishing his reputation V aa a capable and energetic worker, with faithfulness and ability in all W that he does.
