Masons Lay Corner Stone of Monument to Confederate Soldiers. % Manning, January 19:?The corner-stone of the Clarendon county Confederate monument was laid here today with elaborate ceremony by the Grand Lodge of Masons. The weather was ideal and a large gath ering of people wiuieswru IWV. W ? V mony, There were a hundred Masons present, lodges at Kingstree, Foreston, Summerton and Manning all being well represented.
