Bills giving women the right to vote in school elections and to hold the office of school trustee and notary public, outlawing so-called social clubs, prohibiting the slaughter of calves under fifteen months of age, providing for the sale of the present State asylum property and the removal of plant to the new site seven miles north of the city,were offered.
