Involuntary bankruptcy proceedings against W Gordon McCabe & Co, cotton exporters of Charleston, were formally dismissed by Judge H A M Smith in the Federal court at Charleston Monday. The dismissal of the proceedings was forecasted Tuesday of last week, when the answer made by the alleged bankrupt concern was made, it being shown that the company was solvent and that it had funds for liquidation of its affairs.
