McCABE CO. OUT OF COURT.
Involuntary BankruptcyPr oceedlngs
Against Them Dismissed.
Involuntary bankruptcy proceedings
against W Gordon McCabe &
Co, cotton exporters of Charleston,
were formally dismissed by Judge
H A M Smith in the Federal court
at Charleston Monday. The dismissal
of the proceedings was forecasted
Tuesday of last week, when the
answer made by the alleged bankrupt
concern was made, it being
shown that the company was solvent
and that it had funds for liquidation
of its affairs. Now that formal
dismissal has been recorded and
the temporary receivers, Messrs R
Goodwyn Rhett and John M Maybank,
released, the affairs of the concern
will move swiftly along and in
two months,it is expected, the creditors
will have been paid in full

Looking it up, the father found
the words: Sorrow vanquished,
